Mathias Jung, Owner / CEO - Mathias Jung has over a decade of experience in the international tourism industry. Raised, educated and well-established in Wyoming; Mathias is forever tied to the West. As CEO, he has ushered the company and entire marketing program forward, resulting in tremendous innovations in analytics, strategy, program efficiency and most of all, results. Never before seen models of ROI tracking were unveiled under his watch.
Mathias received his B.S. in Marketing and Management from the University of Wyoming and began his ten-year international tourism marketing career at the company he now owns. Mathias spends most of his free time with friends and family and resides in Cheyenne, WY with his wife Catherine, daughter Sienna and son Ivan.
Susie Pratt, CMO / General Manager - Though her chief ambition, according to a BuzzFeed quiz, is to one day be old and wise, Susie busies herself in the meantime overseeing the Real America marketing program, as well as, the United Kingdom, France, Benelux and Nordic Region markets. She is responsible for managing marketing activities in these regions including sales missions, fam tours and trade shows. Originally from a farm in central South Dakota she relocated to Cheyenne in 2012 because she wanted to see if the Wild West could really be tamed.
Susie joined RMI in 2012 after graduating magna cum laude from Black Hills State University. In addition to holding a B.S. in mass communication and corporate communication, Susie has completed enough classes, tasks, and chores to be classified as a “Jack of All Trades.” In her spare time, she busies herself with many random activities.
Stephen Nelson, Global Marketing Manager – Stephen oversees the Australian, German and Italian markets at Rocky Mountain International. He is responsible for managing marketing activities in these regions including sales missions, fam tours and trade shows. He is also responsible for managing the Mega Fam and Gateway City, Partner and Receptive Programs.
Stephen was born in South Dakota and currently resides in Cheyenne. He graduated from the University of South Dakota in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Contemporary Media & Journalism as well as a minor in English. He enjoys spending his time outdoors exploring the Real America and other parts of the world, preferably with his girlfriend and two dogs. In addition to traveling and the great outdoors, Stephen also enjoys spending time with his friends, listening to music, snowboarding, watching movies and coming up with random projects to keep him busy.
When he isn’t at work, Seth spends his weekends traveling, trying out new breakfast spots across the front range and competing at CrossFit events around the region. He has two sons and lives in Cheyenne with his girlfriend and his English Bull Terrier, Gracie.
Catherine Reeves, Office Manager – Born, raised, and educated in Wyoming, Catherine once taught English in rural schools and served as the Language Arts Consultant for the Department of Education. She came to Rocky Mountain International in 2015 and is now responsible for the day-to-day operations in the office, including database management and administration.
Outside the office, Catherine enjoys reading and writing poetry, attending Shakespeare festivals, running marathons, and working with her husband, Mathias, on their old Avenues home.
